​This book is written to unveil the real truth about sales. Its purpose is to challenge you to rethink your sales structure and approach. I will present to you some very specific things to consider. I will share ideas, prompt questions, and provide personal experiences that will help you reevaluate your own situation. I will present to you a definition of sales that I believe will help you begin to develop a sales structure that is appropriate for your organization. 

What I present in this book is sales 101. Understanding what I share is fairly easy; implementing it requires a little more effort and definitely more commitment. But most of all, managing and executing it is the real challenge.

Have you ever thought about what type of employee you are?  Did you ever wonder how your employer perceives you?  Is your employer’s perception of you important to you?  What type of employee is your employer seeking?  

 

It's Your Choice shares perspectives with employees that they are not used to seeing or hearing.  I want to challenge employees to be better at work and to have happier more fulfilling lives.  One of the most devastating and unfortunate pitfalls I see is to watch employees view their job, their career and their life through a very narrow and limiting viewpoint.  Too many times I witness employees make decisions based on a very short-term and narrow-minded view.
