About Dan

Dan spent his career in sales, sales management, and being an entrepreneur. He he held every sales position from inside sales, outside sales, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, and VP of Sales.

 

In 2002, Dan formed Concept, designed to provide lead generation services. Concept grew to over 100 employees, and now provides inbound and outbound lead generation and lead management services, full digital marketing services, and as a Salesforce.com Partner and HubSpot Partner, Concept provides full CRM design and implementation services.

 

Dan was President and CEO of Concept from 2002 through 2019. In 2019, Dan turned the Presidential reigns of Concept over to his son Jeff. At that time, Dan formed Dan Harsh & Associates, designed to help small to mid-sized companies more effectively manage their internal sales structure, personnel, processes, and ultimately, generate more results.

Dan built his career believing sales is the heartbeat of the organization. Throughout Dan's sales career, he worked in face-to-face sales, phone sales, sales management, and owner of multiple companies.  Dan's passion is sales. Every aspect of his career has focused on sales, lead generation, sales management, and setting up effective sales structures.
